Intial news reports that Mick Mars is in fact DJ Ashba and he borrowed one of Micks wigs in order to pull off his look a little more authentically!
The real Mick Mars is alive and well and living in a nursing home under "supervised" (read: to keep him from escaping) care at the behest of Nikki Sixx.
